Early clients get their website built for free. If you host with SitesByAlex for 12 months, you fully own the website at the end of that period. You can also purchase ownership outright anytime.
Can I own the website right away?
Yes. You can buy ownership outright: Basic $1000, Pro $2000. For Early Clients, these prices decrease by $250/$500 every 3 months.
What services do you offer?
Web design and development, site management, performance optimization, SEO setup, and ongoing support tailored for small businesses.
How long does a typical project take?
Basic (Front‑end only) projects typically take ~2 weeks, Pro (Full‑stack) projects take ~4 weeks. You’ll receive two progress updates per week and a preview link to review changes in real time.
How does hosting work?
Hosting is $150/month and includes includes unlimited text changes after launch, 1 design change per month included, monitoring, updates, and priority support.
Do you provide hosting and domain setup?
Yes. We can provision hosting, connect your domain, and set up SSL. You keep ownership of your domain and accounts.
What is your change policy after launch?
Bugs are fixed any time at no charge. Text content changes are unlimited. 1 design change per month included.
Can I request changes after launch?

Is SEO included?
Yes. We implement baseline SEO best practices (meta tags, sitemaps, performance, accessibility).
What does support look like?
Support includes answering questions, bug fixes, small content updates, uptime monitoring, and priority responses during business hours.
